REF Soft Colour BOOSTERS

REF Soft Colour Boosters are mainly used to enhance desired tones, neutralise unwanted tones, make adjustments and to create new tones and pastels. Can be added to an existing Soft Colour to boost the primary pigments of the shade or be used alone to highlight its basic colour.

The formula includes Strengthening Quinoa Protein, Soothing Aloe Vera and Moisturising Olive Oil, and comes in shades that match with REF Permanent Colour Boosters. Mix Soft Colour Booster with equal parts of REF Developer. 6 VOL/1.9% result in a semi effect with gradual release for a softer line of demarcation. 10 VOL/3% result in a demi/light permanent effect with slower release and slight line of demarcation.
